• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with invoice.
• Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or refund.
• Refunds are processed only after product inspection and approval.
• Prepaid order refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• COD order refunds may take 7–10 business days after approval.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the wrong or damaged product was delivered.
