At Divinity, customers can cancel their orders under the following conditions:
 
• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped or dispatched.
• Customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
• Prepaid order cancellations are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
• COD orders can be cancelled without any charges before dispatch.
• Divinity reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious transactions.
• Refunds for cancelled orders are usually processed within 5–7 business days.
